Permitted use

This site is provided to applicants, employees, managers, administrators, and other authorized users for legitimate hiring and employment-related purposes. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the site only for its intended purpose and in compliance with applicable law.

You may not:

• access another person’s account, record, private code, or confidential information without authorization;
• interfere with the site, bypass security controls, introduce harmful code, or attempt to gain unauthorized access;
• upload unlawful, misleading, infringing, or malicious material; or
• copy, distribute, or misuse confidential applicant, employee, or business information.

Accounts and access

Private access codes, usernames, and passwords are for the assigned user only. You are responsible for keeping them confidential and for activity performed through your account. Notify HBC promptly if you believe your credentials or information have been compromised. We may suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect users, records, or the business.

Applications and employment records

Submitting an application or onboarding information does not guarantee an interview or employment. Nothing on this site creates an employment contract, alters the at-will nature of employment where applicable, or guarantees any particular schedule, benefit, compensation, or period of employment. Formal written agreements and applicable HBC policies control if they conflict with general information displayed on this site.

Electronic records and signatures

When you submit a form, acknowledgment, consent, or electronic signature, you agree that it may be used as an electronic record to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for reviewing information before submission and for notifying HBC if a correction is needed.

Third-party services

The site may rely on third-party providers for hosting, email, text delivery, file storage, payroll, benefits, or other operations. Their services may be subject to separate terms and availability. HBC is not responsible for a third-party service outside our reasonable control.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the site, including text messaging, at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version with a new effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Intellectual property

The site, branding, text, designs, and other materials provided by HBC are owned by or licensed to HBC and are protected by applicable law. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable right to use the site for its intended purpose.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is” and “as available.” HBC disclaims implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction in Hamilton County, Ohio, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
